Fleming Rd. Affected by ‘Forget Me Not 5k’

GREENSBORO, NC (June 19, 2017) – The northbound lanes of Fleming Rd. from Inman Rd. to Cardinal Way will be closed to thru-traffic on Sat., June 24 beginning at 8 am in support of the ‘Forget Me Not 5k’ run.
Motorists can expect intermittent street closures along the route to allow runners to safely pass. All roads should be open at approximately 11 am.
Greensboro police will be posted at key intersections to provide for an orderly flow of traffic, and protect the safety, health, and well-being of event participants.
Drivers and pedestrians are reminded that the police officer’s hand and arm signals take precedence over all other traffic control devices.
