Start Smart Basketball for Kids 3-5 Begins October 14

GREENSBORO, NC (September 10, 2019) – Registration is now underway for Greensboro Start Smart basketball for kids 3-5. The cost is $30 per child for a six-week session. Register online at<>.
There are four sessions available:

n Mondays, 7:30-8:30 pm, at Lewis Recreation Center, 3110 Forest Lawn Dr., beginning October 14

n Tuesdays, 6-7 pm, Greensboro Sportsplex, 2400 Sixteenth St., beginning October 15

n Wednesdays, 6-7 pm, Craft Recreation Center, 3911 Yanceyville St., beginning October 16

n Fridays, 6:15-7:15 pm, Glenwood Recreation Center, 2010 Coliseum Blvd., beginning October 18

Start Smart Basketball teaches pre-school aged kids the fundamentals of the game to get them ready for competitive play. Each week will focus on a different skill development. Children must participate with a parent or other adult. Parks and Recreation also offers Start Smart Football and Baseball throughout the year.
