Hit and Run Crash Investigation

GREENSBORO, NC (Dec. 6, 2018) – On Dec. 5 shortly after 7:40 p.m. police responded to the intersection of S. Elm-Eugene and W. Lakefield Dr. Upon arrival police located one male juvenile victim suffering from serious injuries in what appeared to be a hit and run crash. The victim appeared to be walking a dog at the time of the incident. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical but stable condition the dog died as a result of the crash.

The suspect is believed to be driving a dark colored older model 2-door coupe. The Greensboro Police Department Crash Reconstruction Unit is conducting this ongoing investigation.
