NORTH CAROLINA – There are different types of “super fans.” There’s the fan that attends every game, dresses outrageously and teammates know them by name. Then, there’s the fan that builds shrines to their teams, religiously watches every game and maintains season superstitions. It just so happens, WFMY News 2’s Hope Ford met both types of fans; living in the Piedmont area- rooting for opposing teams in the upcoming Super Bowl.

This time, with an online petition created by a Seattle Seahawks fan to ban Cam Newton from CenturyLink Field, home of the Seahawks.

So a Greensboro man decided to come back with a petition of his own – banning Seahawks fans from their own stadium.

Why Isn’t My Street Getting Plowed?

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Snow or ice is likely still covering your neighborhood streets.

We get it, you’re frustrated. You need to go to work, run errands, and it’s hard to get out of your driveway, but the city is making progress.

All main roads are clear and plows are into neighborhoods. It’s not an easy process and you can agree it’s not a quick one, but Greensboro street officials say it’s a plan that works.

I’m going to say this and you’re probably not going to like it: your street is not the priority. I know this is hard to hear but there are many roads and highways above yours.
