Greensboro, N.C. – A Greensboro bartender accused of serving alcohol to an underage man who died hours later won’t be charged in the case, according to Guilford County Assistant District Attorney Howard Neumann.

Neumann said there wasn’t enough evidence to show the accused bartender knowingly did anything wrong in serving Mario Mayorga. Neumann said it also wasn’t clear who actually served the 19-year-old High Point University student.

In a report submitted to the District Attorney’s office by Alcohol Law Enforcement, or A.L.E., Mayorga used a fake ID to get into Limelight in downtown Greensboro on the night of April 23rd.
