Board Amends Last Day of School for All Calendars
Schools on the traditional academic calendar will finish on Monday, June 10

Greensboro, N.C. – With the expectation that the district will not take another inclement weather day before the end of the year, the Board of Education voted Tuesday to amend school calendars, restoring an optional teacher workday that became an instructional day after the May 1 closure<www.gcsnc.com/site/default.aspx?PageType=3&DomainID=4&ModuleInstanceID=174&ViewID=6446EE88-D30C-497E-9316-3F8874B3E108&RenderLoc=0&FlexDataID=93405&PageID=1>.
