GREENSBORO, NC – There’s a problem in Greensboro, Guilford County and really, all of North Carolina. It’s name is simple; heroin.

Eight pounds of heroin is off the street. Guilford County deputies pulled over a man on I-40 last Friday and found the drugs hidden in the battery of his truck. The estimated value of the seizure is $360,000 dollars. It’s the largest seizure in the department’s history, however, the Sheriff says it barely makes a dent in the the amount of heroin already on the streets or coming into the county.
