$3.2 million grant will help workforce training

GREENSBORO — Recruiting qualified workers is not always easy, but in recent years finding them in the Triad has been a challenge. A group of regional business and economic development leaders hope to change that with a state grant for the Eastern Triad Workforce Development Fund. The General Assembly has proposed budgeting $3.2 million for the fund, to be administered by the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro.
